Q: When I go to checkout, I only see an option to use PayPal. Are there any other options?



A: We use PayPal as a credit card processor as well as a method of payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to choose this method. After selecting this option, you will be brought to PayPal's site where there is a button that reads "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" which will lead you to a form to enter your information. We use this method of payment because it is among the safest and most secure ways for you to shop online.



Q: How much is shipping?


A: All orders within the United States with a subtotal of $25 or more will ship for free. Orders with a subtotal less than $25 will ship for $2.50. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. International shipping will vary depending on location, which is noted later on in this FAQ.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Marie's Jewelry has a 14-day return policy.


All returns must come back to the store in the same condition that they were received. with all original tags and/or packaging in order for us to process a refund, exchange, or store credit. We strongly encourage our customers to provide tracking information when sending any products back to the store, as to avoid any misunderstandings. A return will be processed after it is received by the store and evaluated for its authenticity and condition.


Please note that we have a 10% restocking fee on all returns, as each product must be sanitized and polished before it can be put back up for sale.



Q: How quickly do you ship orders?


A: We ship out orders every day of the week (except for Sundays and holidays) and can usually ship out orders that are processed by 1pm on the same day that they are received. Although each item on our site is listed with a specified shipping time, these are cautionary- we can usually ship out orders within 24 hours unless they are custom or backordered.



Q: What method of shipping to you use?


A: Every order is shipped out via USPS Priority Mail/USPS 1st Class mail. An e-mail will be sent out with tracking information after every order has left our store.



Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: If you live outside of the United States, we are able to ship to you for an additional cost. Currently it is set at $15, but we are working on finding a way to lower this in the future. Please note that any additional fees such as customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your customs officials before ordering to ensure a smooth transaction.



Q: My order is a gift, can I have it gift wrapped?


A: Of course! Upon ordering, there will be a notes section where you can specify that it is a gift. Include any special instructions in this section. We would be happy to gift wrap your order or send a handwritten message at no cost to you whatsoever.



Q: Do you charge sales tax?


A: Sales tax is only applied to orders made within Connecticut. Orders from all other states are tax-free.
